📑 360 Fun Times – Rental Agreement


In case the 360° photo booth is damaged or stops working while in use due to misuse, the renter agrees to pay up to $800 for repairs or replacement.

 

  1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit of $40 is required to secure your event date.

This deposit will be applied toward the total rental cost.

  1. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $100 is required before the event.

This deposit covers any potential damage, cleaning fees, or cancellations.

The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the event, provided the booth and equipment are returned in good condition.

  1. Rental Time & Rates

2 Hours – $180

3 Hours – $240

4 Hours – $360

Additional time may be available at $160 per hour.

Rental time includes setup and operation of the booth at the event.

  1. Service Area

360 Fun Times currently serves the following California cities:
Los Angeles, Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey, Brentwood, Westwood, Inglewood, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Venice, and Manhattan Beach.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Provide adequate space and access for setup (minimum 10ft x 10ft area).

Provide a safe and clean environment for the booth operation.

Ensure access to electricity and any necessary permissions from the venue.

  1. Business Responsibilities

Delivery, setup, and operation of the 360 Photo Booth during the rental period.

Provide all required equipment and assistance for the booth.

Ensure safe use of the booth by guests.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

The refundable $100 security deposit will not be returned if the client cancels less than 7 days before the event.

In case of cancellation by 360 Fun Times due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded.

  1. Liability

360 Fun Times is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur from misuse of the booth.

The client is responsible for ensuring guest safety while using the booth.
